一、飲料
早上起來的第一杯水最好不要喝市售的果汁、可樂、汽水、
咖啡、牛奶等飲料。
汽水和可樂等碳酸飲料中大都含有檸檬酸,
在代謝過程中會加速鈣的排泄,降低血液中鈣的含量,
長期飲用會導致缺鈣。而另一些飲料有利於排尿作用,
清晨飲用非但不能有效補充機體缺少的水分,
還會增加集體對水分的要求,反而造成體內缺水。

二、冰水
很多人喜歡早上起來喝一杯冰水,其實這是很不科學的。
喝冰水容易引起胃黏膜血管收縮,影響消化、刺激胃腸,
使胃腸的蠕動加快,甚至引起腸痙攣,導致腹疼、腹瀉。
正常人喝冰水,尤其是帶甜味的飲料,
在空腹的情況下飲用後,容易引發胃病。

三、久置的開水
開水久置以後,其中含氮的有機物會不斷被分解成亞硝酸鹽。
尤其是存放過久的開水,難免有細菌污染,
此時含氮有機物分解加速,亞硝酸鹽的生成也就更多。
飲用這樣的水後亞硝酸鹽與血紅蛋白結合,
會影響血液的運氧功能。

四、鹽水
有人認為喝淡鹽水有益於身體健康,於是晨起喝淡鹽水,
這種認識確是錯誤的。喝淡鹽水有利於健康不假,
這對於夏天出汗後補充水分是必要的,
可對於晨起補充水分來說非但無益,
還是一個危害健康的錯誤做法。

4. Salt Solution Drink
Some people think that drinking salt water is good for your health.
This understanding is wrong. Drink salt water is not conducive to a healthy fake.
